Playa del Carmen sits about an hour south of our store; Tulum is closer to two. We are candid about that rather than promising thirty minutes and arriving after dark. Deliveries along the Riviera Maya run on scheduled same-day windows: you tell us the afternoon or evening that suits, and we build the run around it.
In practice this works out better for everyone. You are not waiting by a phone in a beach club; the driver is not fighting Highway 307 in the wrong direction; and the order arrives at the hour you actually wanted it. Book in the morning for the evening, or the night before for the next day.

Long-distance runs carry a delivery fee, quoted before dispatch and occasionally collected in advance. Everything else — the order itself — is still settled with the driver when it arrives.
Local Notes
Fifth Avenue, Beach Clubs and the Tulum Road
Around Quinta Avenida
Hotels off Fifth Avenue, Playacar, and the condominium blocks between Calle 1 and Calle 38. Meeting points on a side street work better than the avenue itself, which is pedestrian and busy at every hour.
Pueblo and Beach Road
The beach road has no addresses to speak of — send the hotel name or a pin. Pueblo drops are straightforward. Both are same-day scheduled rather than on demand.
The Short Run
Close enough to the Hotel Zone to run within forty-five to ninety minutes most of the day. The town centre, the colonia and the hotel strip are all covered.
